Do I need to post the original document?
No. For the translation we only need a scanned copy or clear photo of the document.
Do you send an electronic copy of the translation?
Yes. You will always receive an electronic copy certified with the NAATI digital stamp.
Do you send a paper copy of the translation?
Upon request we can post a paper copy with the wet signature and wet stamp of the translator. You can choose between Standard Post or Express Post.
How can I pay?
You can pay by EFT or with credit card.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is due before delivery when you receive the tax invoice.
